The team were extremely helpful, quick and quietly got on with the job. Left the house very tidy. They were well organised and have done a thorough job.

I was delighted to work with David from Northwest Damp Proofing on our project. David and his team were very attentive to our needs and professional thoughout the job. We had particular concerns due the scale of the work needed and an elderly relative living in the property, but the team was very responsive and courteous. Communication from David and his colleagues was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I recommend Northwest Damp Proofing without reservation.

Looked at previous reviews and was happy to have NWDProofing come out and survey my damp problem mason/? We’re on time and efficient Aiden was next to board and lastly Kade did an excellent plastering job x well done everyone.

Got a quote from Dave for a PIV unit. He advised I could get the problem fixed with a regular fan and save some money. Thanks for the advice. Much appreciated

We had requested wall ties and whilst working a safety issue was identified the team were eager to complete the job to a safe and high standard and explained everything very well throughout the way. Once complete the work was efficient and to a very high standard. No concerns with work or the team.

The lads came in , were so clean and tidy, very professional service , I’ve had damp in my house for the last 6 months , they came and explained exactly what the problem was and diagnosed it straight away , staff were so polite and efficient , if you ever have any damp issues I’d highly recommended these guys

Good communication from Charlie on the quote and what will be expected on the day. Was able to book in relatively quickly. Communication from the workmen the day before and on the day to update on arrival times.
Dale arrived and was very professional, he explained what he’ll be doing in each of the affected areas. Dale was very knowledgeable and informed me of additional services and solutions NW provide for future reference. No complaints from me. Very domesticated and good cleanup job at the end of the day. Also received a curiously call a few days later which was welcomed. Would highly recommend

Charlie and his team did an excellent job resolving the damp issues in our new home. From the initial survey, we received valuable advice and all our questions were answered thoroughly. We had three other companies come in for quotes, but these guys offered the best price without compromising on quality. Once the work was completed, they left the area spotless, and the entire team was incredibly polite and professional throughout the process.

We are genuinely impressed with their service from start to finish. The level of care and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend them - 100% satisfied. A big thank you to everyone involved!

Damp gone !! I’m only really echoing what others are saying, David and the team we all very professional.

My home is now completely damp free, with a 10 year guarantee as promised. The affected plasterwork was removed, the damp proofing was installed and my walls were then re-plastered. Our walls look fantastic now and that damp smell has now gone.

The price quoted was the best by far, making the choice even easier to go with these guys, the staff were all very polite throughout and cleaned each and every night.

Great service! From the moment David came to give a quote for damp proofing I had a good feeling. He explained everything very clearly, diligently checked all walls & gave a very honest appraisal. The damp proofing work was carried out to a great standard. I feel at ease knowing we’re protected for many years. Communication throughout was brilliant. I just want to say that North West damp proofing have been amazing. My 80 year old father did not want the house disrupting when the work was being done. David reassured us that there would not be any disruptions, and that the house would be well looked after. The lads made sure that everything was cleaned down every night, until they completed the work. My father was more than happy with the whole service.

Everything that David showed to us was carried out, and not only have all of our dampened walls been sorted, they were also fully decorated.

Charlie, David, and the team have done a great job getting rid of the damp at our new home. During the survey we were given some good advice and everything was made very clear, we had 3 other companies over to see us for a quotation and these guys were best on price. After the job was done they cleaned the whole area and were all very polite through the process.

Very happy we the service and advice given. David is really knowledgeable in damp proofing and damp causes and explains everything in a clear, precise manor. After having issues for a couple of years, since moving in really, I’m happy to say that these issues were solved with the installation of a PIV Unit in the loft, something that I’d never heard of before. Very pleased with the company and the service I recieved

Used Charlie and David to skim 3 bedrooms, walls and ceilings. Fantastic job, my only complaint is that they knocked me up at 7am on a Saturday morning..lol...joking... i call that dedication..... highly recommended if you don't mind getting up early at the weekend...
