All-Round Labourer / Property Maintenance Assistant – Full Time
North West Damp Proofing is looking for a reliable, hard-working all-rounder to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can turn their hand to multiple tasks rather than a single labouring duty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with damp proofing, timber treatments and property repairs
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Willing to learn new skills and take initiative
- Physically fit and used to site work
- Reliable and professional
- General site labouring and preparation
- Loading/unloading materials and maintaining a tidy work area
- Supporting skilled trades on site
What We’re Looking For:
- Practical, hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to carry out a range of tasks (not just labouring)
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Good communication skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred
